- IMAGE MEDIA CENTER program works only on the computer on which the electronic protection key has been registered;
- a license of one of the IMAGE MEDIA CENTER versions is required for the modules to work;
- the cost is indicated for one workplace / server. VAT is not charged;
- the term of operation of the modules is equal to the term of validity of the IMAGE MEDIA CENTER license;
- the license price does not include the cost of technical support;
- technical support includes provision of updates, consultations on the supplied software via e-mail exchange, by phone or in the office of Innovative Center LLC;
- transition from Professional to Enterprise version with the same composition of modules is made at the difference of the cost of the corresponding versions;
- Providing updates, upgrading from Professional to Enterprise, adding modules are performed only with current technical support modules are performed only with the current technical support;
